What you are buying

INVITAAR sells personalised digital invitations: designed image, video and PDF files. We do not print or ship anything. Prices are in Indian rupees for the digital files and format shown.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once we have verified your UPI payment in our account. Until then its status is “awaiting verification”.
Pay only to the UPI ID shown at checkout. We will never ask you for your UPI PIN, OTP or card details.
We confirm your delivery date before you pay. If we cannot meet a deadline, we will say so before taking payment.

Your details and approval

You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, venues and wording you give us. We send a proof for approval; once you approve it, the files are final. Included revision rounds are listed on each invitation page.

Design and use

Our designs, artwork and templates remain the property of . You may share and print your personalised invitation for your own celebration, but may not resell it or reuse the design for other events. Please only send us content you have the right to use.

Liability

If we make a mistake in your invitation, we correct it free of charge. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
