How you receive your invitation

All invitations are digital. We send your final files on WhatsApp and, if you give us an email address, by email. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery charges.

When

We confirm your delivery date with you before you pay. Design starts after your payment is verified and we have all the details we need. Time spent waiting for your replies or approval is added to the timeline.

Files

  • Static: a high-resolution JPG and a print-ready PDF.
  • Animated: an MP4 video and a still JPG.
  • Multi-page suite: a JPG for each card and one combined PDF.

Please download and keep your files. We keep a copy for 12 months in case you need it again.
